AT Internet Highlights 2009 Achievements

AT Internet is certainly expanding quickly.  Read this blog post and download their press release to learn more about France’s biggest Web Analytics vendor and their 2009 performance.

New partners across the globe and launching a new data centre in China.  TargetStone is a proud partner but I am even surprised at the volume of its clients – 3,500!!! and it is still a family owned business based in the beautiful west coast of France.

For those of you that don’t know AT Internet they provide web analytics solutions but, also server monitoring, social media, usability and sales tracking.  Without leaving the one login or interface. Below are some of the screengrabs from the interface.

Observer Screengrab – Server Monitoring

BuzzWatcher – Social Media Measurement

Click Zone and Scroll View – Usability Testing

ScrollView and Click Zone are fantastic tools which can simply be activated with a second javascript file allows you to understand more about the behaviour of your customers using existing data and without the stresses of going out to tender and paying more for another third party solution.  This is a true product / service innovation from AT Internet.

 Forrester Report on Web Analytics

They are also recognised by Forrester’s Wave in Q3 2009 (written by John Lovett – and available for free from Coremetrics.com).

“AT Internet.  A new entrant to the Web analytics Forrester Wave, AT Internet is most commonly known for its free offering, XiTi, yet the vendor augments that solution with the fee-based offeringe evaluated here.  The XiTi Analyzer II offers real time data processing, strong segmentation and some customization capabilities for its clients.  Despite a sound Web analytics offering and several methods for data integration including a bidirectional application programming interface (API), the strategy falls short of supporting ancillary marketing functions to the extent of the industry leaders.  AT Internet scored high marks in satisfaction from clients in the category of services.  The company is primarily focused on Europe as its target market, with expansion plans for the Asia Pacific region. .”

Forrester ranks AT Internet’s offering as a contender and this is prior to the launch of their NX product (November 2009).

No surprise that AT’s solution is doing so well. In a market where users are increasingly cossetted by easy interfaces and eased into analytics with accessible solutions like Google Analytics, it makes sense that a joined up, feature rich solution, with an easy to understand UI is doing well.

Analytics gurus are often more than happy digging around in acres of code to get the answers they want, but increasingly, the purchase decision is in the hands of the marketing team. And would you spend thousands on a solution you don’t understand? (or worse yet, you can’t explain to your boss?).

I’m expecting AT to set a precedent that other solution providers will no doubt follow shortly!
